Hyrox Women’s Relay:

Hyrox is a unique blend of running and functional workout stations. Participants will run 1km and then complete a functional workout, repeating this eight times. It's a test of both physical and mental endurance.

Starting April, we're incorporating Hyrox training into our early morning Saturday session to get everyone prepped and pumped for the big event!

TOP 3 MOST IMPROVED MEMBERS

Congratulations to our top three most improved members, as selected by our coaching team!

Their dedication and hard work are truly paying off, leading to remarkable results in their training!

Jessica Armstrong - Jess shown some amazing improvement in the month of March, especially in our progression lifts speed - Sumo Deadlift! On 12/2, Jess hit 1x2 @ 65kg. A month later, when we retested on 18/3, she hit an impressive 1x2 @ 80kg, marking a 15kg PB! Well done, Jessica!

Sam Atkinson -
Sam Atkinson consistently gives 110% effort in every session, and this dedication has resulted in some truly impressive improvements in his training! The coaches have noticed significant progress in his lifting technique, leading to the ability to lift more weight with great form. Sam is not only moving more weight but also looking great while doing it. Keep up the fantastic work, Sam!

Gemma Linnell -
Gemma is nearing her two-month mark since joining us, and her transition into our classes has been seamless. Over the past month, it's been fantastic to witness her giving her all in every workout and pushing herself to new limits each time. Congratulations to this resilient and determined Mumma!

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO LOG WORKOUTS ?

We've noticed a positive trend lately: more of you are taking the time to log your weights, especially after benchmark sessions. This simple practice might seem small, but it holds significant importance for your fitness journey, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer.

Why is it so crucial? Well, let's break it down.

Firstly, logging your weights helps with progression! As we enter each new month, we program workouts to ensure continuous improvement. Logging your weights allows us to gradually increase the intensity, helping you reach your goals more efficiently.

Looking beyond the technical aspects, there's something incredibly inspiring about witnessing your own progress. Whether you're just starting out or you've been a member for a while, seeing tangible proof of how much you've improved can be incredibly motivating. Each small increase in weight or reps serves as a powerful reminder of your dedication and hard work. It fuels your motivation, encouraging you to push yourself further and aim for even greater accomplishments.

So, remember: "don't forget to log your results." It's a simple step that can make a big difference in your training.
