Despite the demands of fatherhood and running a business, he stays true to his goals, showcasing the power of consistency! “Got that dog in him is a catchphrase meant to describe a person, usually an athlete, who is mentally tough and able to perform” and boyyy does he have that dog in him! 🐕‍🦺

A familiar face in our afternoon sessions, Scott never fails to bring his A-game, pushing himself to the limit every time. His training has truly paid off as he's now a machine…. have you seen those pipes? 💪🏼

Jayde Morrison -
Despite facing challenges from a serious horse riding accident and wrist injury, she's shown incredible progress over the 10 months she’s been with us! With the guidance of our coaching team and her own commitment to rehab, Jayde has made remarkable improvements with her training. Congratulations on your persistence, Jayde!

INTRODUCING OUR NEWEST COACH!

SHANIA ARTINI

Officially welcoming Coach Shaz to the Beyond MVMNT coaching team! 💪🏼

Having been part of Beyond MVMNT for over four years now, Shaz began her journey with us as a receptionist before stepping up last year taking the reins as full time General Manager.

I encouraged Shaz to complete the coaching development program which she took in her stride expanding her skill set even further becoming a qualified coach at Beyond MVMNT.

Be prepared to see Shaz in action! 😮‍💨🔥
She will be leading the 9:30am Thursday & 4:15pm Wednesday classes every week, as well as spontaneous appearances throughout the week where she'll be adding her flare and hype to each session alongside her trademark sass!

MOTHER’S DAY CLASSIC!

On the morning of May 12th, Coach Will is hosting a warm-up session for this exciting event. This is a great opportunity to come together as a community and make a difference for an important cause.

The Mother's Day Classic is a fun run

That raises funds and awareness for breast cancer research. By participating in this event, you can help support vital research and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by breast cancer.

We'd love to see a few of our members down there so if you're free make sure you get down and start your Mother's Day with purpose!

JOX JOHNSTON - LEGACY RECAP

On the 27th of April our community came together for an unforgettable morning to remember our dear friend Jox Johnston.

We would like to give a huge thank you to our community! to see everyone unite for this workout with Joxy’s favourite songs playing in the background, we pushed through a challenging workout, knowing he would be so proud.

Owner and Head Coach Will Sartori designed a fitting tribute to our dear friend, to honour his memory and celebrate his life through his favourite movements and significant dates.

16: Representing the 16 flags won by Carlton Football Club, Jox was an avid Blue Baggers supporter!
18 / 24: the date we bid farewell to our dear friend.
66: Born in '66, This number symbolizes the many years of joy, laughter, and cherished memories that Jox brought into our lives.

We have chosen to commemorate this date annually with the Jox Johnston Legacy Workout, forever keeping his memory alive within our community. We look forward to cherishing his memory and creating new ones in his honour.

Earlier this year, we came together in an incredible display of generosity, raising $3,315.00 through our GoFundMe page to support the Johnston family during their time of need. Building upon this support, our Legacy Workout raised an additional $1,500.00, further easing the financial burden and allowing the family to focus on healing and cherishing Jox's memory.

We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible community that surrounds us. Your support, generosity, and compassion have once again demonstrated the remarkable strength of our community.

To Jox, your memory and the impact you've had on us will forever be cherished!
